The Pearce Bias Cut Portion Saw can produce up to 6 portions per shim with the edges of the portion on a bias with an adjustable cut angle between 35 and 45 degrees.

Pearce Bone Saw

The Pearce Bone Saw is used to split beef femurs and hip bones for marrow extraction. The elevating exit conveyor deposits the cut bone pieces into a Gaylord container for further processing.

Pearce Automatic Log Portioning Saw

The Pearce Automatic Log Portioning Saw was developed for a customer producing shaped portion controlled portions of salmon from formed logs. The saw is PLC controlled and runs a continuous cycle until the log is completely cut into portions. Any remaining trim is deposited in the chute attached to the access door for re-pressing.
